Please download and complete the Higher Hoops Summer Camp Registration Form.

A $50 non-refundable deposit guarantees your spot at camp. Balance is due two weeks prior to the first day of camp. Make Checks payable to “Higher Hoops.”

Refunds/Transfers will only be considered in the event of a physical condition or injury that renders the athlete unable to participate. Students from same family attending camp receive a $25 discount per camper.
